Phillip Leo Jauregui, Jr.

Phillip Jauregui is a graduate of the University of Alabama, and received his law degree from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law. Phillip was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1995 and is admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and all of Alabama's State and local courts.

Phillip began his legal career as a legal clerk in the office of Honorable Perry O. Hooper, Sr., Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court. Following this clerkship, Phillip served as the assistant legal advisor to Honorable Fob James, Jr., Governor of the State of Alabama.

Phillip Jauregui is the President of the Judicial Action Group, a former member of the Council for National Policy, and a past board member for the crisis pregnancy center Sav-A-Life, Prison Fellowship, and Wealth Counsel, the largest national organization of estate and trust planning attorneys. He also serves as a trustee of Church of the Highlands. In 2006, he was appointed to the Honor Corps of the Alliance Defense Fund.

Phillip Jauregui has served as a guest host for talk radio shows, has appeared on Fox News' Hannity & Colmes, CNN's Paula Zahn Show, CNBC's Capitol Report, ABC's Good Morning America, and other news programs. His legal work has been featured in various publications including the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, and others.

At Jauregui & Lindsey, Phillip manages the foreclosure and estate planning practice groups. Throughout his law practice, Phillip has worked with attorneys in over forty-five states.

Phillip is married to the former Jennifer Marie Piper of Montgomery, Alabama, and they live in Birmingham, Alabama with their two sons: Phillip III, and Samuel.
